By accessing or using the Ad Events website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Sahilz Advertising and Events reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets on Ad Events. By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account registration is required to complete a ticket purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

All ticket sales are subject to availability. Prices are set by Sahilz Advertising and Events and may include applicable taxes. Ad Events displays all charges transparently before checkout — there are no hidden fees.

Completion of purchase constitutes a binding agreement between you and Sahilz Advertising and Events, facilitated through the Ad Events platform.

Payments on Ad Events are processed securely via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Ad Events does not store your card, UPI, or net banking details at any point.

In case of a payment failure, any amount debited will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days by the payment processor.

Tickets are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your ticket(s) will be sent to your registered email address and will also be accessible in your Ad Events account under "My Tickets."

Each ticket includes a unique QR code valid for one entry. Keep your ticket secure and do not share your QR code.

The QR code on your ticket must be presented (digitally or printed) at the venue entrance. Sahilz Advertising and Events reserves the right to refuse entry for invalid, duplicated, or tampered tickets.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the venue to match the ticket holder's details. Sahilz Advertising and Events is not responsible for refusals at venue due to ID mismatch.

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Reselling or transferring tickets for commercial gain without written consent
• Duplicating, forging, or tampering with tickets or QR codes
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or purchase tickets
• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of identity
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

All content on the Ad Events Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Sahilz Advertising and Events and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from Sahilz Advertising and Events.

Sahilz Advertising and Events owns and operates all events listed on this platform. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
